This role involves producing written reports and presentation materials related to the quality of care provided to Texas Medicaid and CHIP beneficiaries.
The Research Coordinator III will lead qualitative assessments of health plans, evaluating their Quality Improvement (QI) structure and processes, and Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs). Additionally, this position will refine and implement program procedures for assessing health plans, through comprehensive reviews of reports and documents. Collaborating with internal and external partners, the Research Coordinator III will contribute to the development of quality improvement strategies for state Medicaid program and multiple participating health plans while ensuring the team’s workflow remains efficient.
