Classification Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in a health-related area and four years of experience LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION BCBA board certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Job Description:
  • Provide clinical supervision and coordinate multidisciplinary treatment programs for children with severe behavior and feeding disorders within a specialty clinic setting.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized, data-driven intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Train, mentor, and support BCaBAs, RBTs, interns, and other staff to ensure the effective implementation of behavior-analytic strategies and clinical procedures.
  • Contribute to research initiatives and grant development focused on evidence-based treatments for neurodevelopmental and severe behavior disorders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external agencies to expand and enhance behavior-analytic services across UF Health clinical settings.
Expected Salary:

$70,000 - $76,000              

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a health-related area and four years of experience.
  • BCBA board certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Preferred:
  • A Ph.D. with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis
  • One year of experience in assessment and treatment of severe behavior disorders such as pediatric feeding disorders.
  • Expertise in severe behavior disorders (challenging behavior or pediatric feeding disorder).
  • Experience in supervision and training.
  • Experience working on funded projects such as clinical contracts.
