Job Description: |
OneStop Enrollment Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a OneStop Manager. In this key role, you will lead a team of advisors in providing centralized and integrated enrollment services to support over 56,000 enrolled students and over 90,000 applicants, as well as their families and the university community.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management and Leadership
- Supervise and support a team of OneStop advisors, providing leadership, guidance, and direction to ensure efficient operations and customer service excellence.
- Evaluate and monitor daily caseloads (including service queues and systems such as the phone system and Gator360), ensuring service levels are met and complex issues are identified and resolved—including handling escalated cases and coordinating with core offices as needed.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation of advisors; provide timely communication and collaborate with the Assistant Director to ensure ongoing staff development.
- Engage the team in professional development opportunities; assist with training materials and initiatives.
Customer Service
- Provide direct, frontline enrollment services to students, families, and other constituents in person, online, and by phone.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide timely feedback to unit leadership.
Other Duties
- Generate, maintain, and submit regular statistical reports to leadership to support strategic planning and decision making.
- Assist with presentations and workshops for prospective and current students and families.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This position is located at the University of Florida's main campus in Gainesville, FL. The selected candidate will work on site and may be eligible for a flexible, hybrid work arrangement in accordance with the University of Florida and Division of Enrollment Management's policies.

Expected Salary: |
$57,000 annually

Required Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred: |
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, independent judgment, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven customer service excellence and professionalism when handling sensitive situations
- Experience with financial aid, registrar, admissions, billing, or student support services
- Proficiency in automated systems (Microsoft Office, email, administrative software); working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Gator360, and student records systems preferred
