LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is a non-profit community blood bank serving more than 150 hospitals in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. This Federal Work Study position will report to the Director of Human Resources at the Headquarters location. The HR Clerk will perform clerical tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources department.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Filing, scanning, and shredding
- Report writing, record keeping, and scheduling
- Assistance with employment verifications
- Assistance with new employee orientation preparation; and post-hire documentation
- Special projects, as assigned
Shift/schedule assignment will be part-time, between normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm)
