| Job Description: |
Work in the College of Dentistry, Patient Accounting office.
Greet visitors, determine purpose of visit, and direct to appropriate staff member(s).
Responsible for answering patient calls, resolving issues/complaints, and responding to patient inquiries. Assist college staff members and students with billing issues. Receive credit card payments by phone for dental services rendered and post those payments to the patient’s account in axiUm (clinic management system). Provide support to others in the office by managing patient account information, patient billing, and patient collections.

$16.00 - $17.00 Per hour

| Minimum Requirements: |
High School diploma and one year of appropriate experience

| Preferred Qualifications: |
- Experience posting insurance claims
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
