The Early Education Community Network Manager will be based in the Massachusetts area. This individual will be responsible for building and supporting networks of local early childhood professionals as they engage in an array of high quality, technology enabled professional learning supports. This individual will have project oversight responsibilities, as they collaborate with and coordinate local implementation partners in support of the Massachusetts Strong Start Early Childhood Support Organization initiative. This project is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. This position is located in Massachusetts. This position is time-limited and soft-funded.

Initiative Implementation
- Work with Assistant Director, Early Learning to ensure program deliverables are met on time, including tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals and deliverables.
- Conduct field level supports as needed to assure high quality practitioner experience, including coaching sessions.
- Provide informational presentations to community stakeholders, potential program participants, and internal colleagues as requested.
- Coordinate the development of marketing and communications materials and strategies to assist with program recruitment, promotion of model to external stakeholders, and report on progress to client(s).
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers to develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with leadership and other team members.
- Oversee the coordination of data collection, including the coordination of logistics for CLASS® observations, as well as other assessments utilized within the initiative.
- Work with external partners to design, plan, implement, and evaluate various events, informational sessions, and in-person professional learning experiences.
- Develop and implement financial incentive disbursement process.
- Collaborate with course instructor team to support practitioner credential development and design.
- Notify the Assistant Director, Early Learning of any issues or challenges encountered in program implementation in a timely manner.
- Participate in strategic planning to evaluate program design and scaling efforts.
Supervision
- Supervise the Implementation Specialists for the Massachusetts project to ensure delivery of high-quality service
- Schedule recurring meetings with the team to support ongoing work
- Create and implement an onboarding plan to support the successful transition of new employees
- Work with the Products Operations Team to make sure products are delivered and data are gathered in an efficient and effective way that supports adult learning principles.
Recruitment and Partnership Building with Existing and Potential Participants
- Identify and provide innovative solutions for challenges in implementation of the program.
- Work closely with team members and practitioners to determine needs and inform design of the program.
- Navigate, cultivate and maintain relationships in local communities and across the state .
Logistical Support
- Identify and set up locations, supplies, equipment and refreshments for professional learning events, site visits, workshops, and meetings.
- Troubleshoot challenges and address them as they arise.
- Work collaboratively with Gainesville based administrative supports when appropriate to assure streamlined coordination and successful execution of administrative activities.
- Support preparation and dissemination of materials for recruitment and events. Serve as liaison between subcontractors, program participants, and Lastinger staff.

Allowing employees to stagger arrival and departure times as necessary and to vary the number of workdays in the office so long as an employee’s FTE commitment is fulfilled within the university workweek. This policy also allows for occasional, incidental remote work based on individual circumstances.

Preferred: |
- Experience in program coordination and management of multiple tasks and projects
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work remotely
- Strong relational, organizational, and communication skills with diverse groups of professionals
- Experience in and awareness of the early learning community
- Highly proficient and creative in solving problems
- Knowledge of research and evaluation procedures and early childhood outcome assessments
- Ability to coordinate multiple data collection and analysis efforts and provide quality control oversight
- Knowledge of early childhood coaching and Communities of Practice facilitation
- Advanced time management, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Highly proficient working with technology including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Google Drive.
