The Associate Director also oversees the EPIC scheduling system to ensure provider schedules align with assigned clinical FTEs and that there is adequate provider coverage. This position is responsible for recommending policy related to clinical operations, advising leadership on implementation and compliance, and maintaining the SHCC’s clinical operations manual and organizational structure. Additionally, the Associate Director ensures that all clinical activities and services remain in compliance with university, state, and federal regulations.
