The UFIT Data Center and Logistics team is responsible for maintaining all the university’s data center and communication infrastructure building facilities, including HVAC, building power, and building maintenance, fleet management, procurement assistance, and inventory control.
Student interns are expected to participate in all team responsibilities. This position will primarily report to the Space Science and Research Building on main campus, with additional work duties at the UF Data Center located on UF’s East Campus on Waldo Rd. (State vehicle are used when needed). Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. A minimum of 12 hours per week is requested, with maximum of 20. |
