Job Description:

Roster Data Set Management & Dashboard Development 

  • Manage the CTSI Service Use roster data collection and submission processes.
  • Coordinate quarterly reporting from service providers, track and curate responses.
  • Standardize and integrate data into the CTSI roster database.
  • Create and maintain dashboards using MySQL and Excel to support reporting, transparency, and operational insights.

NIH Public Access Compliance & Publications Management

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with NIH Public Access Policy in collaboration with the UF Library.
  • Maintain and update the CTSI publications portfolio, including bibliometrics and annual reporting.
  • Issue reminders and assist faculty with NIHMS compliance.

Information Management & Technical Support 

  • Support development and testing of SQL queries and MySQL schema.
  • Provide analytics and data visualization support using tools such as Excel, Tableau, R, SPSS, and SAS.
  • Contribute to web development and digital communication platforms.

IRB/Recruitment Center Data Management 

  • Receive and archive IRB and WIRB study data.
  • Generate reports for HealthStreet, Recruitment Center, and related CTSI service areas.

Strategic and Operational Data Analysis 

  • Provide CTSI leadership with analyses to guide decision-making and innovation.
  • Support financial, research, and operational analysis requests.
  • Identify, assemble, and manage operational and strategic data resources.

Communications and Reporting

  • Develop analytic reports, infographics, and stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with staff to tailor communications for target audiences.
  • Evaluate and improve reporting formats and visualization methods.

Evaluation & Process Improvement Support

  • Support CTSI Evaluation projects through data design, curation, and survey development.
  • Design and manage RedCap and Qualtrics projects.
  • Analyze workflows and collaborate on improving key business processes.

Other – other duties as assigned.

Expected Salary:

$80,000 - $90,000 

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.

Preferred:
  • Advanced knowledge of database management, particularly SQL and MySQL.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with IRB workflows and HIPAA compliance.
  • Experience with NIH open access compliance tools and policies.
  • Competence in business process analysis, data curation, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in RedCap, Qualtrics, R, SPSS, or SAS.
  • Ability to manage and visualize data using Tableau and related platforms.
  • Familiarity with Linux server operations and GitHub version control.
