OPS Laboratory Technician Position
Mechanisms of Cancer-associated Cachexia

The laboratory of Dr. Sarah Judge, Ph.D., has a part-time Lab technician position immediately available for a motivated science-oriented individual to take part in a basic and translational research project investigating novel mechanisms of cancer-induced cachexia. The project is funded by a research grant from the National Cancer Institute and is focused on both tumor- and skeletal muscle-specific mechanisms that drive muscle loss in response pancreatic cancer.
Position Details: Primary duties of this appointment include maintenance of cancer and muscle cell cultures, in vitro data collection and analysis, and biochemical and histological analyses of tissues.
