This position provides support and assistance to the Administrative Specialist and the Chair and Faculty of the Department of Comparative, Diagnostic, and Population Medicine. Additionally, this position monitors all faculty and departmental operating accounts and reconciles expenses regularly to catch and correct errors. This position also assists with annual space certification, assists with faculty candidate interview, assists with training new personnel and implementing new fiscal policies and procedures, and cross trains with other staff on various office related duties. This position is in office, 5-day work week, with a total of 40 hours per week.
