The incumbent troubleshoots meters that stop reporting electronically. He/she assists the Electric and Water metering technician with the developing/troubleshooting the electronic delivery of meter readings. The incumbent works independently with minimal supervision and relies upon up-to-date knowledge of industry technology changes.
