The scientist must possess strong personal skills and be able to interact effectively with a large number of faculty, clinical and research staff, as well as college and hospital administration. He/she must be able to convey professionalism and competency. The scientist will follow the directions of the PI/senior lab personnel. The PI/senior lab personnel will always be available for consultation.
