Greeting and assist visitors, answering a multi-line phone system, taking and conveying accurate messages for UF ORE staff. Providing directions, information, and resources to visitors and callers. Responding to phone calls and email inquiries with accurate and timely information.
Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, preparing documents, and graphic design. Maintaining accurate records and files, both digital and physical. Assisting with occasional event planning. Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages. Preparing outgoing mail for pickup by USPS and UF interdepartmental mail service.
Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed, including but not limited to research projects related to ORE properties, creating and distributing materials related to special events, meeting and event planning, document preparation for UF ORE staff site visits and meetings.
Assisting with facilitation of property management tasks for the Ayers building on behalf of UFDC including working closely with the UFDC facilities team.
Filing and records management. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases including parking records and financial, legal, and various real estate documents.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
May require overtime occasionally.
