Key responsibilities include managing HR and payroll administrative personnel and overseeing payroll processes for faculty, staff, and students. The role involves formulating and recommending HR policies and procedures within the Dean’s office and handling personnel actions such as appointments and terminations for faculty, TEAMS, and OPS employees. Additional duties include reviewing position descriptions, processing annual staff evaluations, managing biweekly payroll and leave approvals in PeopleSoft, and facilitating employment, credentialing, and provider documentation for new faculty. As the college liaison, the HR Manager collaborates with key University offices, such as the Graduate School, International Center, and Human Resources, on personnel and payroll matters. The position also represents the college at HR forums and liaison meetings, working closely with DCP administration to address human resources concerns effectively and efficiently.
