This position is responsible for triaging incoming specimens and slides and/or blocks for consultations received in the UF Health Pathology Laboratories and processing, transcription and registration as needed. Duties include: accessioning all types of specimens and cases, including determining appropriate pathology consultation, what laboratory should be used, assigning each case a number and label materials accordingly, entering data creating preliminary medical reports, verifying billing codes, forwarding medical reports to physicians/institutions, maintaining files. Student Affairs Assessment and Research champions a culture of evidence-based decision making for the University of Florida’s Division of Student Affairs. The Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) will provide specialized expertise, guidance, advice, training, and support concerning all aspects of a program related to security policies, procedures, and practices.
