- Keep the lobby tidy and welcoming, so everyone feels at home.
- Arrange appointments, schedule rooms, and guide tours of campus when needed.
- Spot maintenance or safety issues and report them promptly to keep students and staff safe.

Schedule & Work Environment
This Student Receptionist part-time position is typically scheduled between Noon and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, though hours may vary depending on coverage needs. Occasional support for special events or peak periods may be requested. The Receptionist will work on-site at the front desk of Weimer Hall.

Prior experience as a receptionist, having excellent customer service skills, or if you had administrative support is highly valuable. Experience in higher education or within a large, multi-department professional environment is also helpful, as is familiarity with media or communications settings.
