| Job Description: |
The position will assist with ongoing grants by conducting required study activities. These duties include but are not limited to coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring the compliance of specific research studies. The employee will have office space in UF’s Communicore building within the Center for Cognitive Aging & Memory (CAM). In-person participant interactions will occur in the nearby McKnight Brain Institute CAM space and the MRI facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-ups with study participants.
- Schedule, recruit, and retain study participants.
- Send and support participant reminders (e.g., phone calls, mailings, etc.).
- Assist with research and administrative tasks such as data entry and IRB documentation. Maintain tracking logs.
- Assist with observation and training of newly hired employees during their initial onboarding over a period of 1-2 months, as needed.
- Manage supplies and equipment.
- Complete study schedules and activities according to protocols. Serve as back-up schedule coordinator.
This is a part-time position at 20 hours (0.5 FTE) per week. Hours may be flexible, but the general schedule is M-F, 8am-12pm.

| Expected Salary: |
$23,698 - $24,209 annually; commensurate with education and experience.
