Job Description: |
This position assists the office supervisor in the management of the patient registration and reception for the NCEF Pediatric Dental Center, including patient relations, record management and providing effective support to faculty, residents and staff. This includes the telephone and front desk reception. The Individual provides accurate and complete responses to inquiries regarding treatment eligibility and procedures. The Individual registers and schedules patients correctly, edits patient information when changes occur and validates patient accounting prior to appointments as delegated by the office supervisor.
Ensures that policies and procedures conform to legal and patient confidentiality requirements.
Interacts with faculty and residents to ensure that patient records are provided daily and maintained to effectively support patient treatment programs. Facilitate appointment cancellation policies, patient recall program and handles referrals in a courteous and efficient manner.

$15.00 - $16.50/hr
