Classification Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description:
  • Develops and coordinates patient services to review NCQA standards.
  • Assists and support the Quality Officer to review and monitor COI strategic plan.
  • Assists providers by monitoring patient care plan, and treatment problems.
  • Works collaboratively with clinical team members of the patient's treatment team. Maintains all records and reports related to NCQA/PCMH and keeps track of data in an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Coordinates PCMH committee meetings, serves on health-related task forces and advisory committees, including the Clinical Effectiveness Group (CEG). Attends NCQA workshops and webinars.
  • Provides administrative services for assistance with any additional needs. Provides health education to patients, staff, and practitioners within area of specialty as it related to NCQA compliance.
Expected Salary:

$43,888 to $49,000 annually depending on education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred:
  • One year experience with HIV population Adult/Pediatric outpatient clinic.
  • National Continuing Quality Assurance (NCQA)
