Job Description: |
- Assist with maintaining communal office spaces, conference rooms (light cleaning as needed)
- Providing support to team with a variety of clerical needs including but not limited to supporting events, preparing communications, and errands in state vehicle
- Archive evaluations, letters, documents, maps, photographs, and manuscripts into digital format
- Participate in departmental teams on various projects
- Provides clerical office support
- Update databases

$12/hour

Minimum Requirements: |
This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and have a valid Federal Work-Study (FWS) permit. Students must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week. Must have a Federal Work Study work award for Fall 2024 semester.

- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Confident with verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications: |
- Previous office experience
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
- Possess effective organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
