Job Description:
  • Assist with maintaining communal office spaces, conference rooms (light cleaning as needed)
  • Providing support to team with a variety of clerical needs including but not limited to supporting events, preparing communications, and errands in state vehicle
  • Archive evaluations, letters, documents, maps, photographs, and manuscripts into digital format
  • Participate in departmental teams on various projects 
  • Provides clerical office support
  • Update databases
Expected Salary:

$12/hour

Minimum Requirements:

This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and have a valid Federal Work-Study (FWS) permit. Students must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week. Must have a Federal Work Study work award for Fall 2024 semester.

  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • Confident with verbal and written communication
  • Valid Driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous office experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  • Possess effective organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
