Job Description:
  • Manage Dr. Staras’ calendar
    • schedule meetings
    • reserve conference rooms for the meetings
    • organize the meetings
    • prepare conference rooms for meetings. This includes straightening chairs and setting up the technical equipment
  • Submit
    • purchase orders
    • travel authorization and travel expenses
    • expense reports
    • receipts and invoices appropriately per departmental protocol
    • requisitions
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
    • hotel reservation
    • conference registration
    • complete documentation (such as completing foreign travel or shipment Requests)
  • Responsible for Pcard reconciliation
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by e-mail
  • Perform a variety of duties assigned by Dr. Staras
Expected Salary:

$20/hour

Minimum Requirements:

Experience with scheduling, organizing meetings, handling travel arrangements, and processing expenses.

Preferred Qualifications: Ideal candidates are highly organized, enjoy multitasking, and have strong communication skills.
