| Job Description: |
-- Performing analyses by LC MS/MS, performing analyses of data using software and communicating with clients.
-- Develop new methods and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot when needed.
-- Performing extractions for chemicals of interest within the laboratory using solid phase extraction and other analytical chemistry methods
-- Presenting results at lab meetings, assist with presentations for conferences. Writing reports for clients and writing materials and methods sections for manuscripts. Billing for services and keeping track of expenditures for core related items.

| Minimum Requirements: |
a bachelor's degree in chemistry or a closely related field and three years of relevant experience; or a master's degree in chemistry or a closely related field and one year of relevant experience; or Doctoral degree in chemistry or a closely related field.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
MS or PhD in Analytical Chemistry with mass spectrometry experience and liquid chromatography
Previous experience with LC MS/MS on a QTRAP or equivalent instrument
Previous experience with lipidomics and/or small molecule analysis by LC MS/MS
