Serve as point of contact for multiple projects within the C3 focused on the user experience and assist with system effectiveness across the Center. Serves as the database administrator for the center’s Gator CareerLink system (UF’s online employment database system, a product of Symplicity). Work collaboratively with all aspects of the Center and larger portfolio to evaluate and disseminate system information to appropriate constituents; make recommendations to improve services and efficiencies through technology. Coordinate the implementation of system updates, staff training, and launching of new system enhancements. Support the center’s hold initiatives by serving as the main point of contact for all technical aspects and relationship management with UF IT and the Office of the Registrar. Work collaboratively with all aspects of the Center to evaluate and disseminate system information to appropriate constituents; makes recommendations to improve Center’s services and efficiencies based on system usage.
Collect, report, and identify trends related to career readiness, the future of work and center programs and provide suggestions based on projections. Ensure database quality, integrity, and tracking methods are accurate for reporting and University compliance to support the Career Center’s mission. Provide trend data in the form of monthly reports for distribution to various stakeholders. Respond to internal and external data requests in an accurate and timely manner by maintaining a central point of contact in the C3. Develop and deliver progress reports, dashboards, requirements documentation, and presentations. Additionally, provide support to individual teams within the portfolio in maintaining and evaluating relevant data by meeting regularly to review data needs and sharing updates.
Manages vendor relationship with assigned technology ensuring implementation of system updates and system usage best practices. Aids in maintaining quantitative and qualitative records for various types of interactions for assessment and reporting purposes to demonstrate impact. Manages database systems and tracking documents to maintain records of assigned scalable services usage. Develop the outreach and communication plan to increase awareness of assigned career preparedness technology and education tools for the campus.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned by the Sr. Associate Director and higher authorities in the department and division. Attends staff meetings and one-on-one supervision meetings to ensure clear communication with colleagues and supervisors. Participates in department, division and university-wide committees. Potentially supervises interns, or student assistants. May have indirect impact on the position duties of other Center staff members. Track, report and communicate outcomes of projects to various Center stakeholders including students, alumni, faculty/staff, and employers. Lives out Center’s values in all aspects of job function.

Preferred Qualifications: |
Master’s degree in marketing, social sciences, student personnel, or human resources (HR)
Two (2) years of experience (minimum) in stakeholder engagement, marketing, sales, career development, career counseling, or HR
Experience working inclusively with diverse populations
Knowledge of industry relations, employment trends, student development, career services, marketing, and outreach strategies
Skilled in computer applications Facilitative skills - Interpersonal skills Good presentations skills, listening skills, helping skills, relationship management, and program development
