The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for managing the building maintenance operations of the J. Wayne Reitz Union (JWRU). Responsibilities include planning, directing, coordinating and managing workflow, and supervising staff in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and lock and key work. The Superintendent also participates in project planning and development and provides oversight for building renovation and construction.

In this role, the individual will be responsible for receiving and implementing work requests from the listed primary and secondary supervisors and other faculty members in the Agronomy Department that might conduct research at the AFRU and BRU. The position will provide supervision and leadership to OPS employees and graduate students.
