UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking a professional-level Senior Windows System Administrator to join the Infrastructure & Communication Technology team within UFIT.
Competitive candidates will be self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn. Outstanding communication skills are a must. You will have the opportunity to lead small projects and work on medium to large projects. Other duties include working on teams responsible for maintenance, installation, configuration, and deployment of enterprise-wide infrastructure and software systems.

Some key responsibilities and characteristics of this position are:
- Windows administration of Enterprise Applications
- Scripting and automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, etc.
- Large scale Windows administration
- Assist Microsoft Platform Team in architecture and implementation
- Provide leadership, advice, and recommendations on enterprise systems administration and management technologies
- Mentor and cultivate fellow talented staff members

Benefits
Full-time TEAMS employees will accrue vacation leave at a rate of 6.769 hours biweekly/22 days annually and sick leave at 4 hours biweekly/13 days annually. In addition, employees are eligible for ten paid holidays each year.
Vacation-accruing TEAMS employees are eligible for four personal leave days/32 hours per year, assuming full-time status, and are intended to give the flexibility to enable units to close from December 26 to 31, when possible, determined on a unit-by-unit basis.
