The UF/IFAS Information Technology District Support Team follows a hybrid work structure. Employees have the flexibility to work remotely from a home office, from an assigned office at a UF/IFAS location, and from UF/IFAS County Extension offices. While some work can be completed remotely, travel to Extension offices is required to support the IT needs of UF/IFAS Extension faculty and county staff. Work schedules will be coordinated with the UF/IFAS IT Director and the UF/IFAS Extension Northwest District Extension Director. A computer and necessary peripherals for remote work, as well as a state vehicle for travel to and from county offices, are provided.

electronic health records (EHRs) data, general data science, machine learning, computer vision, and
natural language processing (NLP). This position will involve collaborative efforts with a diverse group

take the lead and provide support for tasks such as data mining on EHRs, development of ML methods,
