Prepares and analyzes molecular biology samples, including DNA, RNA, and protein extracts. Utilizes standard laboratory equipment, such as microscopes, spectrophotometers, and thermocyclers.
Optimizes protocols for preparing high-quality libraries for next-generation sequencing. Utilizes various library preparation kits and protocols to achieve desired outcomes.
