OPS New Worlds Reading, Project Management Assistant

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Project Management Assistant to support our team in executing and managing projects efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating project meetings and check-ins
• Maintain project timelines and help track deliverables
• Support project documentation and follow up on action items
• Liaise between project stakeholders to ensure alignment

• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Organize files and maintain shared project documentation
• Assist with preparing reports and presentations
• Manage calendars and task reminders for the project team
• Support internal communication and team updates
• Submits enhancement requests and change orders to support units
• Assist with quality assurance and verification of assets including website updates and written communication

• Gather and organize project data for progress tracking
• Prepare status reports and update dashboards
• Identify gaps or delays and flag them to the project manager

$21.63 - $24.04/hour

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
