The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships is currently seeking a Federal Work Study Student Assistant to join our State Programs team. In this role, you will support Financial Aid Coordinators with a range of tasks, including data entry using Microsoft Excel, while gaining valuable experience in financial aid processing.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review, calculate, and enter grade and hour update information
• Review and create scholarship appeal tracking pages for retro withdraw processes, requiring accurate data entry
• Assist with outreach and cases
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

This position will begin in Summer 2025 and will continue through subsequent semesters.

$13/hour

• Must be a current UF student
• Must be eligible for Federal Work Study
• Available through Summer 2025 semester

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel
• Available to work 15-20 hours a week
