Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and fulfill order requests from the online system.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries via email regarding orders and resource availability.
  • Check inventory levels to ensure requested items are available.
  • Gather and package order items securely for shipment.
  • Print shipping labels and prepare boxes for pickup.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Complete order fulfillment updates in the system and generate weekly reports.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and restocking as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Resource Center’s operations.
Expected Salary:

$18 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, warehousing, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using computers and web-based order management systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, especially via email.
  • Experience working with shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
