Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill order requests from the online system.
- Respond to customer service inquiries via email regarding orders and resource availability.
- Check inventory levels to ensure requested items are available.
- Gather and package order items securely for shipment.
- Print shipping labels and prepare boxes for pickup.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Complete order fulfillment updates in the system and generate weekly reports.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and restocking as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Resource Center’s operations.

Expected Salary: |
$18 per hour

Minimum Requirements: |
High School Diploma
|
Preferred Qualifications: |
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, warehousing, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using computers and web-based order management systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, especially via email.
- Experience working with shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
