The Division of Enrollment Management is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Enrollment Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will collaborate with your team to increase engagement between prospective students and staff, manage email communication strategies, and maintain communication templates within our CRM system, all while staying aligned with our university brand standards and divisional priorities.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communication Planning and Execution
- Collaborate with the Enrollment Marketing and Communications team to develop and execute complex communication plans to increase awareness, interest, and enrollment at the University of Florida.
- Manage and implement a comprehensive email communication strategy, including audience segmentation, personalization, testing, scheduling, automation, and deployment.
- Create and maintain communication templates within the CRM that adhere to university brand standards.
- Develop and maintain target audience reports within the CRM to deliver broadcast emails to target populations, including prospective students, current students, and alumni.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist with data reporting for users of the CRM (Slate, Salesforce) and maintain strong relationships with functional clients, including the Enrollment Management team.
- Analyze current processes and suggest improvements and efficiencies to workflow content, including data analysis and reporting to support enrollment management decisions.
Other Duties
- Stay current on trends, best practices, and new marketing and communication technologies, including marketing automation platforms and email marketing software.
- Recommend using emerging communication technology to enhance marketing and communication efforts.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned, including participating in professional development opportunities.
This position is located at the University of Florida's main campus in Gainesville, FL and may be eligible for a flexible, hybrid work arrangement in accordance with the University of Florida and Division of Enrollment Management's policies.

Expected Salary: |
$55,000 annually
