OPS Flow Cytometry Technician

Assist with the development of SOPs for flow cytometry experiments. 

Perform flow cytometry processing from human blood and tissue. 

Run experiments on flow cytometry instrumentation and perform QA/QC, cleanup, and maintenance on these instruments as needed. 

Create and follow workflows to manage data transfer and data storage of all files affiliated with flow cytometry experiments. 

Perform analysis and gating in flow cytometry software such as FlowJo

Generate reports, figures, and tables for presentation to the laboratory manager and principal investigators. 

Perform lab maintenance and cleanliness in all areas where work is performed.

Assist and train undergrads and other technicians in flow cytometry experiments. 

Additional duties as assigned by the laboratory manager and principal investigator.

Salary is $20.00 per hour
