Job Description: |
Serving as a Data Management Analyst III in the Department of Clinical and Translational Science Institute at the University of Florida.
Responsible for coordinating with management and peers on research data requests received by the Integrated Data Repository (“IDR”) Research Services Team, with duties to include, but not limited to: (1) research data request management, working with UF researchers to identify data needs for their study; (2) programing and data management, data quality, running data query software (including Integrating Biology & the Bedside (i2b2), Business Objects); and (3) quantitative analysis and design, writing reports of analyses, extracting, transforming, and reporting data from the Clinical Data Warehouse to the researcher.

Minimum Requirements: |
Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Industrial and Systems Engineering or related and four (4) years of experience with database design, reporting tools, project management, EMRs (such as Epic), SQL, Phyton, source control techniques (Git), integration and business intelligence software (SAP product stack), data design and familiarity with health care information system industry; or a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Industrial and Systems Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience with database design, reporting tools, project management, EMRs (such as Epic), SQL, Phyton, source control techniques (Git), integration and business intelligence software (SAP product stack), data design and familiarity with health care information system industry.
