Provides mental health services including counseling and individual, family, and group therapy.

Participates in developing appropriate developmental outcomes and strategies as part of the multidisciplinary team.

Performs Psychosocial Evaluations/Assessments for all assigned patients on caseloads.

Designs and implements individual treatment plans, providing a range of clinical and advocacy services to family members that are consistent with the family’s values, learning styles, lifestyle, circumstances and culture. Collaborates with family members in developing intervention goals and service plans.

Routinely attends mandatory staff and Division meetings, Grand Rounds and other necessary trainings.

Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures, state and federal regulatory requirements including OSHA, Infection Control, CLIA, HIPAA, UF Disclosure Tracking System, Medicaid Guidelines and general safety.
- Participates in Quality Improvement programs (Clinical Effectiveness Group)
- Maintains a caseload of 50 plus patients and maintains at least 30 weekly units.
- Completes required documentation for weekly billings within 48 hours.

Minimum Requirements: |
Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field. All State of Florida requirements met for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), with two years post-degree supervised experience.
