The VPK Assistant Teacher reports to the PK Yonge Developmental Research Elementary School Principal and are employed August - May. Anticipated begin date is July 31, 2024. 

Specific responsibilities and obligations are as follows:

• Work with the VPK Instructor to monitor, assist, and work with students.
• Punctuality essential
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Follow classroom teacher's instructional plan

$18-$20/hour

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A current Clearinghouse Background Screening with an “Eligible” status for the DCF General and Child Care items.
