STU AST- FEDERAL COMMUNITY SERVICE (PEAK Literacy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for On-Site Coordinators, providing guidance and troubleshooting any challenges they encounter.
• Communicate regularly with volunteers to ensure schedules are maintained and any changes are addressed promptly.
• Assist in tracking student lesson data and monitoring program fidelity.
• Support general office operations, including administrative tasks, email management, and maintaining records.
• Provide logistical support for PEAK Literacy programs and events.
• Occasionally assist with planning and preparing materials for volunteers and students.

$14/ hour

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
• Experience in an administrative role or with volunteer management is preferred.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for PEAK Literacy’s mission.

• Flexible hours that align with school programming or office needs. Ideally Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm
• Preference will be given to candidates available to commit to multiple semesters and work 20 hours a week.
