Job Description: |
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Change Management and Communication
- Create and deliver tailored change communications and training materials, such as presentations, memos, and training sessions, to engage stakeholders and promote a smooth transition.
- Facilitate and manage change events and workshops, including coordinating logistics, developing agendas, and leading discussions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate progress, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting the change management plan as needed.
- Identify and resolve issues, including escalating concerns to stakeholders and developing solutions to mitigate risks and minimize disruption.
Project Planning and Management
- Develop and record project objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for evaluation upon completion.
- Guide project teams on best practice project management and technology implementations.
- Conduct regular presentations on project activities.
- Identify potential risks and collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to overcome obstacles affecting project success.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future enhancements to user experience.
Other Duties
- Document processes and ensure adherence, interpretation, and application of relevant regulations.
- Actively participate on committees, departmental initiatives, and division-wide initiatives.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Expected Salary: |
$20/hour; commensurate with education and experience.
|
Minimum Requirements: |
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area.
Must be available to work 40 hours/week.
|
Preferred Qualifications: |
- 1-2 years of relevant experience; for example, in project management, change management, communications, or stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of change management methodologies and techniques.
- Analytical, problem solving, project management and implementation skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation and interpersonal skills for proposing actions, analyzing risks, and influencing and facilitating sustained change.
- Experience with collaborating and communicating with management and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to use logic and reasoning to assess alternative solutions and approaches to problems.
- Ability to commit to at least 12 months of employment in this role is preferred.
