Job Description:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Change Management and Communication

  • Create and deliver tailored change communications and training materials, such as presentations, memos, and training sessions, to engage stakeholders and promote a smooth transition.
  • Facilitate and manage change events and workshops, including coordinating logistics, developing agendas, and leading discussions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting the change management plan as needed.
  • Identify and resolve issues, including escalating concerns to stakeholders and developing solutions to mitigate risks and minimize disruption.

Project Planning and Management

  • Develop and record project objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for evaluation upon completion.
  • Guide project teams on best practice project management and technology implementations.
  • Conduct regular presentations on project activities.
  • Identify potential risks and collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to overcome obstacles affecting project success.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future enhancements to user experience.

Other Duties

  • Document processes and ensure adherence, interpretation, and application of relevant regulations.
  • Actively participate on committees, departmental initiatives, and division-wide initiatives.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Expected Salary:

$20/hour; commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area.

Must be available to work 40 hours/week.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience; for example, in project management, change management, communications, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of change management methodologies and techniques. 
  • Analytical, problem solving, project management and implementation skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation and interpersonal skills for proposing actions, analyzing risks, and influencing and facilitating sustained change.
  • Experience with collaborating and communicating with management and leadership. 
  • Demonstrated ability to use logic and reasoning to assess alternative solutions and approaches to problems.
  • Ability to commit to at least 12 months of employment in this role is preferred.
