Job Description: |
This OPS position is part of the UF Health Educational Technologies team. Position will assist application analysts and Ed Tech managers with the daily operations using a variety of applications, including SumTotal Systems learning management system (LMS) branded as myTraining, and Microsoft applications. This role ensures the LMS effectively supports the organization’s learning and development goals by managing system configuration, user access, content uploads, and reporting.
Position duties include:
- Troubleshooting application specific issues (i.e. application log errors, research on new functionality available, testing new courses)
- Directly working with customers for common support issues (i.e courses not working, finding the right training)
- Data management (i.e. cleaning up user accounts, inactive classes, compiling data)
- Completing tasks for various technical projects (i.e. documentation, marking rosters,)
- Other administrative duties as assigned
The majority of this job is expected to be onsite at UF Health Professional Park and within standard business hours Monday through Friday. Position will be onsite at UF Health Professional Park. The position will work closely with team, and other stakeholders to optimize the learning experience and provide technical support to users across all campuses within the State of Florida.

Expected Salary: |
$15.00 Hourly

Minimum Requirements: |
A high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one-year experience in technical customer service or other relevant experience. Must have excellent customer service demeanor, verbal communication, organizational skills and ability to problem solve. Quick learner in navigating web-based applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications: |
- Experience with enterprise LMS platforms and/or incident management tools
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from LMS reports.
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking to support, troubleshoot and assess needs
- Proven experience providing end-user technical support and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret, and draw meaningful insights from large collections of data
