RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Data Management and Reporting
- Provides data collection, data management, data analysis and reporting, and decision management tool design and development.
- Oversee data collection processes regarding enrollment procedures, including number of students registered online, number of students registered on paper, number of outreach attempts, etc.
- Establish data collection processes and protocols to be utilized throughout the duration of the initiative.
- Ensure seamless transition of student data across systems
- Collects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports
- Designs appropriate data repository and reporting tools that will be used to organize, analyze, and report data
- Leads, guides and trains data management staff/student employees and interns assigned to data management projects
Collaboration
- Collaborate with vendors and internal colleagues for quality assurance related to data, reporting, and FTA program evaluation.
- Enrollment system and dashboard management
- Enrollment eligibility quality assurance vendor oversight of data and technology
- Collaborate with IT staff on improvements to or development of data infrastructure.
Research and Program Evaluation
- Serves as lead analyst on assigned projects
- Manage end user experience survey analytics
- Develop program analysis and reporting metrics to monitor overall program efficacy and Objectives and key Results (OKRs)
- Oversee data reporting procedures for reports and other analysis both internally and to external stakeholders (legislature, funders, FDOE, etc.)
- Support program evaluation to determine longer-term programmatic impact
- Interprets results of these analyses and provides explanation for variances in measures used for program or research recommendations.
- Compiles data and other information from multiple data sources.
- Researches and develops strategies to capture and manage emerging data requirements
Data Relationships with FDOE, School Districts and Vendor Partners
- Coordinate with school districts, state, and internal associates to maintain Data Sharing Agreements (DSA).
- Establish two-way data reporting relationships with LEAs and FDOE
- Works with designated stakeholders to assess, define, and develop report deliverables to meet internal and vendor requirements.
- Queries databases to extract information needed to develop reports.

Travel required for this position: Will travel for assigned business purpose minimally (1-2/quarter)
