Key responsibilities include overseeing employee hiring and onboarding processes and personnel transactions, encompassing tasks from conducting background checks to processing health clearances and documentation. Additionally, this role entails coordinating employee orientation schedules, maintaining related materials, conducting orientations, and contributing to onboarding Family Medicine Residents. As an HR Generalist, as part of our HR team, you'll provide backup support for processing terminations, retirements, and unpaid appointments. Moreover, you'll assist with payroll and leave tasks, including time and leave entry, cash-outs, and leave-related activity tracking when needed.
