| The Division of Student Life at the University of Florida supports the success and well-being of more than 54,000 students through programs, services, and spaces that enhance the student experience. The Reitz Union is a multi-purpose facility that serves as the campus living room, offering meeting and event spaces, dining, recreation, arts and crafts, and a 36-room hotel. The Conference and Events Reservationist is responsible for coordinating reservations for meetings, conferences, and special events within the Reitz Union. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers by processing reservation requests, providing guidance on event policies and procedures, and ensuring event details are accurately documented. The Conference and Events Reservationist works closely with Event Services and campus partners to support successful events through reservation management, event coordination, audio visual requests, setup planning, and permitting processes. |
