The Reitz Union also provides space for several Student Life departments and University auxiliary services that enhance the campus life experience. The Assistant Director, Event Operations described herein is responsible for managing production services, operations, and support for J. Wayne Reitz Union. This position will provide leadership for building operations, asset management, on-site set-up and operation of equipment, equipment upkeep and maintenance, building guest services, assisting clients with services in sound, lighting, and audio/visual systems, and emergency management support. This position will also supervise staff and create policies and/or procedures within the JWRU as necessary. |
