A Postdoctoral Associate position is available in observational/computational time-domain astrophysics, including supernovae, gravitational-wave events, fast radio bursts, and tidal disruption events, to work with Dr. Daichi Hiramatsu in the Department of Astronomy at the University of Florida to begin in Fall 2026. The applicant must have completed a PhD in Astronomy, Physics, or a related field by the date of appointment. The position is renewable annually for up to three years based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding.
