The Veterinary Nursing Staff Supervisor will be an integral member of the team, working with their manager and doctors to provide high quality nursing care and develop the nursing team with the services. This role works closely with their manager in a collaborative relationship. Primary duties include leading and mentoring the daily operations of nursing staff as well as development of the skill and knowledge base of the team. This position acts as a working supervisor, providing oversight while working alongside their team. They will actively participate in the screening and selection of new team members and provide onboarding and training for the staff alongside their manager.
