Job Description:

The University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida is seeking a clinical faculty member (Clinical Assistant Professor) in Radiation Oncology within the Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences at the UF College of Veterinary Medicine, with duties to include teaching, clinical service, research, and professional service.

Teaching responsibilities include didactic and clinical instruction in the professional curriculum and the supervision of Medical Oncology residents and interns as well as Surgical Oncology fellows as part of their respective clinical specialty training programs. Clinical service will be performed at the UF Veterinary Hospital and includes receiving and managing Radiation Oncology cases, consultations with practicing veterinarians. Also required to participate in the growth of this service and continuing education.

Expected Salary:

Commensurate with experience 

Minimum Requirements:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (“DVM”) degree or equivalent
