Job Description:

Floor Maintenance (Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming, Scrubbing):
            •Ensure all floors are free of debris, dirt, and spills.
            •Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals for different floor types.
            •Pay special attention to high-traffic areas and spots requiring extra care.

Office and Laboratory Cleaning (Including AC Intakes and Outputs):
            •Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment in offices and  
             laboratories.
            •Clean air conditioning intakes and outputs to maintain air quality.
            •Follow safety protocols when handling sensitive equipment or chemicals.

Bathroom and Water Fountain Sanitization:
            •Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and
             floors.
            •Regularly sanitize water fountains to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

Window and Door Washing:
            •Clean glass windows and doors to maintain a clear and polished appearance.
            •Use appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.

Trash Collection and Disposal:
            •Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
            •Dispose of waste according to facility guidelines and regulations.

Other Duties as Requested:
            •Assist with additional tasks or special projects as assigned by supervisors.
            •Maintain flexibility and readiness to address unexpected cleaning needs.

*Daily from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Monday to Friday. 30-minute lunch break
  Occasional weekend and before and after-hours work may be necessary.
  Work hours may be seasonally adjusted as needed.

Expected Salary:

$15.00 hourly 

Minimum Requirements:

Completion of ninth grade 

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to perform various tasks with minimal instruction after proper training.
