Schedule will be adjusted during intersessions, holidays, and when there are other changes in the George A. Smathers Libraries’ public service hours. This position is focused on providing customer service at the service desk during night and weekend hours including providing reference services and answering questions by phone, email and in person using specific library tools and equipment.
