| Job Description: |
Program Strategy & Administration
- Lead overall strategy, planning, and administration of the Finance Staff Rotation Program.
- Ensure the program aligns with the fiscal year calendar and university talent development goals.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for program impact, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure alignment of rotation opportunities with institutional needs.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate with HR and university departments to identify and attract qualified participants (e.g., new graduates, internal staff with a bachelor’s degree).
- Oversee the selection process with clear evaluation metrics.
- Manage onboarding processes and orientation sessions for incoming cohorts.
Rotation Design & Placement
- Develop and manage the three-year rotation schedule:
- Year 1: Entry level finance positions across the CFO Division
- Year 2: Next step finance position in the CFO Division – participants area of interest, or intermediate skill placement
- Year 3: Participant's area of interest, advanced placement, or desired permanent placement depending on availability
- Finalize and monitor participant assignments
- Coordinate with CFO Leadership to ensure meaningful and aligned placements.
Participant Support & Professional Development
- Serve as the primary point of contact and assign and monitor mentorships for program participants.
- Monitor performance and provide development resources for growth and promotion (e.g., from Accountant I to II).
- Implement periodic evaluations and feedback mechanisms for participants and supervisors.
- Develop and implement transition plans
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including HR, college finance offices, and executive leadership.
- Coordinate special events for program participants with university stakeholders
- Develop and distribute program updates, reports, and promotional materials.
- Promote program brand and success stories to internal and external audiences.
Program Assessment & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate program effectiveness and participant outcomes annually.
- Collect data and feedback from host departments and participants.
- Recommend changes to improve experience, retention, and alignment with workforce needs.
- Stay abreast of trends in the industry to identify new opportunities.

| Expected Salary: |
$75-$85k
|
| Preferred: |
5+ years of experience in program management, talent development, finance, or a related professional area.
Experience working in higher education or large, complex organizations.
Proven ability to design, implement, and assess professional development or rotational programs.
