OPS Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities include using scientific equipment to perform a variety of standard laboratory tests and analyses, dissecting tissues and preparing specimens and samples for study, collecting and organizing data, documenting and discussing results, preparing standard solutions or reagents, assisting with ordering and inventory of materials to maintain supplies, and supporting general lab operations, such as complying with all regulations, maintaining equipment, and cleaning tools and work areas.

$15/hr

Associate's degree in an appropriate area; or a high school diploma or equivalent, and two years of related experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Laboratory experience and immunology coursework.
