Job Description: |
The University of Florida's Department of Epidemiology is seeking two OPS Study Interviewers. Primary responsibilities include conducting structured interviews with funeral directors, emergency technicians and syringe exchange programs about COVID-19 and drug use. Must have some relevant experience, have a professional phone/Zoom presence, speak clearly and loudly on the phone, and conduct follow-up interviews with each participant over time. Must have a laptop and Internet access at home for times when work must be done remotely, as these interviews will be at present.
Additional duties include:
Maintaining proper documentation and record keeping, including progress reports and weekly summaries of enrollments and follow-up interviews

Expected Salary: |
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, commensurate with education, skills, and experience
|
Minimum Requirements: |
AA Degree
|
Preferred Qualifications: |
Must be punctual, outgoing, communicate effectively (verbally and in writing), be committed to participant protection and privacy, and have high personal integrity.

Special Instructions to Applicants: |
Schedule: Approximately 10 hours weekly, requires flexibility, as some evening and weekend hours may be needed
